Facing a recurring Facebook app error, any solutions?

Has anyone come across the below error when trying to use the Facebook App? We've tried removing and re-adding the app a number of times while getting the same error. When I select Facebook from the sales channel on the left menu, the error appears.  Many thanks for your help.
