Faire Application has ruined my product variant images

Hello, yesterday I installed the Faire Application. Today I have noticed it has completely ruined my product variant images on my website. 

For example,I sell art prints and a customer can choose to order a print framed with oak, black, or white frame and can choose a white border or no border. Each option they select the image shows what it looks like. This cost me a lot of money to set up and now it has gone. I have deleted the app however it is still not working. How can I revert back to it?
