Can you remove FB pixel from a specific Shopify theme?

Hi everyone, I'd like to know is it possible to remove fb pixel from specific shopify theme? I'd like to have pixel active for live theme, but disable it for another one's. I've tried removing pixel code from theme.liquid on other themes - but didn't work. Any ideas?
