Starting to feel like I'm in a Pixar film..."Finding Nemo"! Actually, Nimo has been incredible with helping us fine tune the powerful stock syncer and product importer that the Ferry App offers. I'm not sure if he's on an extended vacation but he's gone dark on us. We've started to have issues with sales syncing from our eBay store to our Shopify site. Most of what we sell is quantity one and when we found the near real time inventory sync that Ferry offers, we were sold. The product listing import tool is also solid.

 


We've now had 3 sales on eBay that did not update the quantity available to 0 on our website. We've had upset customers who inquired into these items as we've had to explain to them that we had a inventory discrepancy and would not be able to fulfill the item for them.

 

Anyone else having these kind of issues? I've sent a few emails to Nimo over the past couple of weeks and 0 response. In the past, Nimo would reply back within 1-2 business days tops! I hope this is just a temporary issue as we may be forced to find another solution which we would NOT like to do.
