Filter not working in mobile and also in IOS device(mac ,iphone ,ios)

In Shopify, my filter is working On the Desktop but on an IOS device or iPhone filter is not working also any custom code we add on that particular page where there is filter functionality(JS file) on that place custom code is not working but that code is another page is working mode so for that what can I do so that my filter work and simultaneously custom code is also in the working phase and when the product load more button click so that button functionality is not working phase
