Floral Wholesale Operations: Seeking a Solution for Streamlined Pre-Orders and Planning

I am engaged in the wholesale trade of freshly cut flowers, boasting a diverse range of over 400 unique varieties. I arrange shipments on a weekly basis. Consequently, it is necessary for purchase orders to be dispatched to my supplier by Sunday. Subsequently, the flight is scheduled to depart on Tuesday and reach Singapore by Thursday. The primary obstacle I currently confront arises from the dynamics of supply and demand. Presently, I am not procuring all available varieties due to a lack of visibility into my clients' specific requirements for each week. This limitation results in customers being unable to place orders for out-of-stock items more than 2 weeks in advance. Consequently, they must resort to placing manual orders through direct contact.

I am in search of a recommended application (preferably free) that can facilitate pre-orders for the upcoming week and enable the blocking of dates before my subsequent shipment. This would greatly assist me in proactive planning. It's worth noting that the solutions I have explored so far tend to be better suited for non-perishable items.

Additionally, I would like to mention that I am currently utilising the local delivery feature on Shopify, which permits customers to select their preferred delivery dates
