Hello everyone,
We are running an app on Shopify, and when users click the “Subscribe” button within our app, they are redirected to Shopify’s official “Approve Subscription” page (screen shot attached). On this page, users need to confirm their subscription, which is standard process I think.
However, we’ve observed significant fluctuations in the conversion rate from the click in our app to the actual subscription approval on Shopify’s page. Sometimes the conversion rate is as high as 90%-100%, but at other times, it drops to around 60%-70%. This inconsistency has been a persistent issue for us.
I would like to ask if anyone else has experienced similar problems? Could this be related to Shopify’s own mechanisms, such as how the page loads, button response times, or other technical factors on Shopify’s end?
Any insights, experiences, or advice on how to diagnose or improve this conversion rate issue would be greatly appreciated!
