Forgot to cancel additional apps before closing store

Hi, I forgot to cancel my subscription before canceling my store plan and I now can't get back into the store to cancel it, how do I get around this?

The best bet to deal with it is to contact Shopify Support if they could allow you to log back into your store or not. If not, you should contact the app's support to obtain assistance.

Can you just confirm for me here how you had previously been billed for this app?


For apps billed via Shopify, closing or freezing your store means app billing cycles would also be frozen and you would not continue to be billed for these apps. 


If you start your payments again or re-open your store within 30 days, Shopify unfreezes your account, and your recurring app charges resume.


For apps billed separately, outside of Shopify, you'd need to contact the app developers for whatever service you had been using.
