Fourth Product Variant for Seal Subscriptions

I currently have Seal Subscriptions enabled. I need four product variants for my subscription box. However, it seems the app only allows three product variants. I can't seem to find anywhere in Seal Subs info that three variants is the limit. Can someone confirm or help me understand how to enable four product variants on the product page?

To understand your question more accurately, can you share your store url and product url that has an issue?

Our app should have no limitations regarding how many product variants can be within a subscription rules, subscriptions or product swaps for subscriptions. Could you reach out to to to our support team, so they can take a look at your issue? Alternatively, you can send me a screenshot here, of where you can only add 3 variants.
