Hallo. Wir benötigen eine App, die Besucher einen Fragebogen ausfüllen lässt und erst danach zur Produktseite kommen um dieses zu Kaufen. Das sollte automatisch funktionieren, sobald der Besucher auf ein bestimmtes Produkt zugreifen will. Das Produkt bleibt gleich er sollte nur für uns relevante Fragen beantworten.

Instead of blocking user you should put your questions at product page which will be mandatory field to add item in cart.
