Frame Ancestors showing on store but still app rejected

Hello, I have submitted a RAW PHP App. They rejected of app because of frame-ancestors issues. I resolved it by following their way, and my app dashboard also showing frame-ancestors on inspect element. please check attached.

Still got rejected for the same issues, please If someone understand the problem let me know.

Hi, the frame-ancestors header needs bo set on every route in your app, check if there is any route with missing header
