Free Apps for integrate shopofy and etsy

Most of the apps give free plan but there would be some limit on products and orders. You can try our ShopList app from Shopify app store.

Not sure if you have any specific requirements to it, but I recommend you look into an extension called litcommerce. They allow me to bulk list my products from both Shopify and Etsy back and forth quite quickly, as well as applying shipping and category templates to the products listed. To be honest, I save a lot of time when integarting my Shopify store with Etsy courtesy of their functionality.

Another feature of theirs that I find quite useful is that I can do some adjustments to the prices displayed on Shopify compared to those on Etsy. I can set the Shopify prices to be a tad lower than the Etsy ones. Also they have a responsive and friendly support team in that they have tried to answer most of my questions, so I think it won't hurt if you drop by and ask them about your project.
