Free Gifts of Choice by Entering Promo Code

Hi!

I'm currently looking for a solution for the following project:

We would like to offer the followers of our influencers the option to add a free gift of choice to their order.  

Is there any app with the possibility to offer various free gifts of choice after the customer has introduced the promo code provided by the influencer? 

We would like those gifts to be displayed only to the followers of that specific influencer, not to all customers. That's why we want to use personal discount codes for it.

So far I couldn't find any solution for that but I would love to hear your ideas!
