Free Shipping Bar based on Amount of Items in Cart and not total $ Amount

Hello Everyone,

In the Shopify App Store I found tons of Shipping Bars that have a Countdown in monetary Value like: Spent 25$ more to get free shipping.

In my Store all the Items cost the same and to keep thing simple I want to have a Shipping Bar that works like this:

Add 3 more Items to your Cart to get Free Shipping.

Is there an application that can do that? I did not find one.

Sounds like you want quantity-based free shipping progress bar opposed to $value? If that's the case, I was able to come across one app in the app store that offers this feature. It's called Free Shipping Bar.
