fulfillment for influencers: discount value + Free shipping

Hi , 

I have been looking for an amazing app that doesn't yet exist (or does it?) where i can offer influencers a particular value of store credit (example 50$) on a regular basis (I could send out discount codes to a customer group tagged with 'influencer'. This way, they can choose what products they like by themselves, and without my personal interference. now here's the TRICKY part:  On top of that store credit, I would like to provide free shipping. 

Until now, I've only come across some really complicated workarounds with mirror sites that look like they're from a different era, or apps that provide either-or... but I'm sure this would be something many companies are using to automate their processes, does anyone know a good app (or is anyone interested to help out with this by either building an app or work on the individual back end of my site - of course against payment!)

Shopify Collabs might work for you? I just recently set it up on my store though so I haven't really looked into it deeply..
