Fulfilment request goes to wrong POD vendor

Hello Support Team
I am having issues with Teelaunch app. My store currently has 4 different POD vendors including Teelaunch. For some reason no matter what product I get orders from Teelaunch is getting a request to fulfil the order. I have just started the store and it has happened with both my first 2 orders. Could you please guide
