GDPR Webhooks Are Not Being Triggered By Shopify

Hi, 

• I have set up GDPR compliance Webhooks in the app configuration, specifically targeting endpoints for /customers/redact, /shop/redact, and /customers/data_request.
• Despite configuring these endpoints, I have noticed that the webhooks are not being triggered at all.
• I am aware that there might be a delay for the /customers/redact and /shop/redact endpoints, but even when testing with the /customers/data_request endpoint, the webhook fails to trigger promptly. It should get triggered right away but it does not. 
  
  I double-checked the webhook configuration in the Shopify admin panel. Confirmed that there are no typos or errors in the endpoint URLs.
  
  Not sure what more I can do to debug this issue, any help is appreciated!

You can check on Partners Dashboard Webhook insights to help out on what is happening:

https://partners.shopify.com/ -> Apps -> Your App -> Monitor -> Insights -> Webhooks

There you will see if the webhooks have been called and with what parameters (endpoint, e.t.c) to figure out if they are going to the right place.

No there is not a request. I actually check on the  backend of my app. I get no request to the gdpr endpoints I set. My app is not listed yet since I have to set mandatory webhooks before listing.

I am facing similar issue. Webhooks are not getting generated even after I download the customer data.
