Getting Error Msg for Facebook Instagram App - FB Already Connected to a Shop!

When I try to connect to FB I get this error message in Shopify app: "These assets are already linked to a shop. Since you don’t have permission to edit the catalog connected to this shop, a Business Manager admin must assign you Manage catalog permissions to continue."

I had a WordPress store that FB was connected to. So it IS still connected? How do I delete this connection in Meta? (yes, the shopify site is  live on a custom URL).

 I don't see a connected catalog.
