Getting review for an app by unnatural way

I recently reading some reviews of this app https://apps.shopify.com/estimated-delivery-date-plus/reviews?rating=1. When I checked 1 start review I found that app admin getting reviews by unnatural way. 

If we see launch date of this app, it is July 22, 2022 and the reviews are 27 with majority of 5 stars.

Time spend on app is an average 5 mins for all users. So this looks suspicious. 

Is that ok for Shopify team to earn review for an app by this way?
