Gift With Purchase with selected payment method

I have a question about making sales promotion Gift With Purchase with a selected payment method, the scenario any customer buys some product with a selected payment method exp. using a debit or bank transfer will get free gift, does Shopify have this feature or add on apps to make this scenario possible to implement, please help
