Giveaway application - $1 per auto entry, possible multiplier and drawing through application

Hi everybody,

I'm looking to see what application would be best to run a giveaway for my site.  This would be a each dollar you spend automatically enters you to win, with the option of double entries, or 5x, etc etc.

If they offer support to install everything that would be great.  A big thing is that they also handle the drawing as well and possibly giveaway terms and conditions.  I do have my own fine print, but I know legally I need a third party to do the drawing.
