Giveaway / Sweepstakes / Raffle Entry Tracking - Product Purchase = Entry

So my company will be doing a giveaway / sweepstake / raffle for a vehicle and we will have specific merch made for this giveaway that merch will be the entry ticket into the giveaway. We already got all the legal work done but need a better way of tracking product orders/entries than tracking manually.

So we'll have three shirts and two hats that are your entry ticket, you can buy as many of those shirts or hats that you want.

We're also starting a membership program for discounts and exclusive content, so we want to give people who sign up for the membership program a free entry while this promotion is running. That's a completely different challenge. 

All the app really needs to do is track sales of specific products and log the quantity sold with the order number next to it.

So if someone even orders 3 of the same entry shirts in one cart session it will be logged as such.

We just signed up for this, curious has anyone been able to code in the amount of entries one would receive at checkout, right now the 

customer doesn't see their entries until after checkout, which could cause confusion. I know this could be coded in, but not sure about

the decimal in the purchase price being carried over... any suggestions. would also love to see some of the sites that use the product purchase model.
