Google Add a refund policy and terms of use in Footer Menu

Hi Everyone!

I am trying to connect the Google & YouTube app in my Shopify store (omnisupermart.com). The app keeps saying I need to add Terms of Use and Refund Policy in my store footer menu which I have already done so (in Settings > Policies). The links have been added to the footer menu and visible on the store page but the app still cannot read them. Someone suggested to uninstall the app and reinstall it but that has not fixed the issue either. Anyone can assist at their earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated. I have been scratching on this matter for over two months now.
