Google & YouTube app-Disconnecting old goggle account

I am trying to set up google analytics for my shopify store and when I go to the Google & Youtube app in Shopify it shows an old (my old business partners) google account that needs to be verified.  I do not have access to that account and I don't want to use it.  There is an option to disconnect the old google account but when I click disconnect I get a message that says "An error occurred.  Please try again later".  I have been trying to disconnect this account for several days and I keep getting this message.

Does anyone know how to get this account diconnected so that I can connect a new account?
