Google and Youtube App no longer Allows Gender and Age Group Selection.

As you can see in the photo attached when I attempt to select Age Group and or Gender no drop down menu option is available. It simply says "Select Option". I have cleared cookies and attempted to make this selection in 5 different browsers. Can anyone help?
