Google App resetup not loading products

We setup the google feed a couple years ago with no issue using the google connection on shopify.  This connection started denying products after some time, seemed to be a universal issue and shopify was not helping so we the moved to data-feed app  A few days ago we disconnected the feed ap and added the new "google & youtube" app and set it up hoping it would work better then the original.  But it is not syncing any products.  It is not setting up any feeds in merchant center.  We have tried deleting merch center feeds and adding a content API and installing and reinstalling the app w/ and w/o the content feed, disconnecting and reconnecting merch accounts.  Waiting, fiddling, ect.  No products are pending, approved, or denied.  All the fine print is done and all steps are approved and have been for quite a while since it was just working with the data-feed.  Products are live in the store w/ the google market checked.  GTIN's/Barcodes are there.  No red errors, no fix's   Not sure where to go, I cant tell if we are doing something wrong or if our account is just mega bugged from the old google connection.  HELP!!!!

It's clear the Google provided app is not working for you, don't worry you are not alone.

 

My recommendation is to use a more professional tool such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
