Google Channel: "There Was an Issue Logging in. Please Try Again."

I'm trying to set up google shopping ads again and I'm getting this error message when I click "Connect Google Account."

I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but nothing has changed. Been happening for nearly a week. Screenshot attached.
