So i have this problem where some of my products include car names. Now this is needed for customers to verify if its the right part. But when i publish them to the merchant center i get a warning for copyright on certain words, is there a way to tag a piece of description so it doesn't go to merchant center.

There should be no problem using brand names in both the title or descriptions. When you are using a brand name for the purpose of selling or offering a service related to the brand name it is allowed.

Also I have never had this disapproval before, can you please screenshot the warning / error itself, and then screenshot the final attributes under GMC > products > all products > click on the offending product > scroll to the bottom.

Once I have these details, I will investigate this for you.
