We registered our products on the google app on Shopify, but they keep getting disapproved, and we don't know why. On the dashboard, it just says disapproved. We provided GTIN and put as much information as possible.
Does anyone know the solution?
Go to Google merchant center > products > diagnostics > check what errors you see.
Each error should have a question mark next to it, allowing you to check what issues there are.

You can see the reasons for product approval on the Diagnostics page in your Merchant Center account.
1. Login to your Google Merchant Center account
2. Click on the left side "Products" menu
3. Click on the "Diagnostics" menu and you can see all item issue
You can go through each issue and see affected products and fix the issues.

@earthlovergoods Check your account is not suspended. By going to Google Merchant Center > products > diagnostics > click on the account issues tab
If no issues, then click on the item issues tab and follow the provided info.
