Why does Google Shopping display the wrong sale price for my Shopify items?

My shopping ads are running fine except I notice one problem when viewing the shopping ads.

For my sale stuff on Shopify my sale price is like $31.99. The compare at price is $90. Now when I look at the ad details in the Merchant Center the Shopify info list $90 and sale price of $31.99. however when the ad shows on Google it list the $90.00 price in the ad. How can this be fixed to show the correct price of $31.99??? I am thinking this may be a Shopify app problem as Google is garbing the price column in the Shopify API and not the real sale price column. Any help

Double check: Go to Google Merchant Center > Products > All products > click on the affected product > scroll down and view the final attributes. Here you should both see price and sale price. If not, then check what Google has collected, just underneath the final attributes.

It's possible that your structured data is incorrect if what Google collected from the website is incorrect. In this case, make sure to update your structured data.

Make sure the sale price is real, meaning you are not using RRP, or a fake compare at price that you have never sold the item at. You can only list an item that is for sale, if you have sold the item at its original price in recent history. If that is not the case, Google will reject the automated promotion.

Hi,

Yes I had done that. It shows the price at $90.00 and the sale price at $31.99. This product has never sold it is new.

It is running on goggle ads with no problem and had been clicked on also. the problem is the Google ads is showing the $90 price on the ads from the sample I see. Not the sale price and all the items I have on sale price show the same thing. The original price on the add. that is why I am confused here Maybe this a google problem but I don't know where to go
