Granting read all rrders access for custom apps not created through shopify partner program.

Hi, I am wanting to know that if I create a custom app for my store and grant it read_orders access will it be able to access orders past 60 days in the Admin API? 

I know that if I created an app through the shopify partner program I would need to request access so I can access orders past 60 days but this is not through the shopify partner program and the documentation doesn't talk about this.

Also, when you go and create your app through the "develop apps" dashboard and specify the configurations for it, "read_all_orders" is not listed as a configuration you can grant it. Only "read_orders" is available.

Please any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
