Hi there,
I am getting an internal error when calling the productVariantAppendMedia mutation. I contacted support about a month ago, but unfortunately there is no update...
This is the email I got from support:
I just got a response from our Internal Team and they said that our developers were made aware of the issue and an investigation is now open to determine why there's an error when attaching a media to product variants via GraphQL.Just to set your expectations, we do not have a specific turnaround time for when the issue will be resolved. We recommend that you keep an eye on your payouts to check for changes from time to time and also check our Developer Changelog for updates or reach out to us again in 3-4 weeks.
I just checked and unfortunately the error still persists. Is it possible that our use-case is not covered?
Here a short description:
The first steps work very well, everything is client-side through the embedded_app_direct_api_access option.
I am not sure where to go from here. This is a core feature for our app and the message from shopify support does not sound too promising...
Any help or pointers what to do now?
