Group countries in Geolocation App from Shopify?

Hi do any body know if its possible to group countries in the Shopify Geolocation app?
Ex of what I want it to do:
- A US American is visiting the shopify-store they will be shown the text in US-English and with US-Dollar ($) as currency.
- A UK person is visiting the shopify-store they will be shown the text in British-English and with British pound (£) as currency.
- Any person from the EU where visiting they will be shown the text in British-English and with Euro (€) as currency.
