Has anyone been able to post to TIKTOK with MINTA Videos?

I subscribed to Minta and none of the tiktok videos would post because of music copyright issues. So I deleted the app and asked for a refund of my $249.00 just days after the charge.

They ignored me until I contacted shopify 10 days later and are still refusing to refund me.

Their answer is to add music myself in the tiktok app and mute the original music.

If I wanted to do this, I would just make the videos in Canva myself right?

So...has anyone been able to use this app on Tiktok?

I have been able to pay in tik tok but it won't post for my Instagram.  This app is frustrating
