Has anyone used Vajro for mobile app?

Does anyone have experience using Vajro for a mobile app?  

They have great reviews, but they all seem to be about the upfront customer service and not about if the app has helped their business, the process etc.

I was just hoping to get some more in-depth reviews here.

Did you try it out? I also would be curious as to if the $200/mo is a worthy investment or if it's just going to cut into my bottom line without creating much value. I'm also wondering if Shopney is better for about the same price. Shopney seems to have a nicer UI on the app compared to what I'm seeing on Vajro.
