App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
I have made a few sales on EBAY, but just had my first return. I used the shopify website to initiate the return.
Problem is customer now says they never got the return and they opened a dispute. I can't tell where the money went.
Shopify says it went through paypal and paypal shows no record. Ebay and Shopify support are no help.
Anyone have an idea. My orders page shows the return payment is complete.
