we are an affordable at-home pet health lab trying to have a (non-physical) product for health test activation and then be able to upload the pet's results in the pet owner's account. Any suggestions on how to do this? Any suggested apps?

You can use the one in my signature, Customer Accounts, to customize the account page and integrate contents. You can also collect and/or display personal data stored in customer metafields. E.g. if you upload a file to the metafield you can display the file to the customer later on his/her account page.

Sounds promising - would we be able to create a sub account for pets (would need to be multiple) and then add the test results to the appropriate pet? Is there someone who could help guide us through this setup?
