Hello, my payments do not work at check out in my store.

Hello, my payments don't work at check out in my store, was ok but after l integrate some apps now tells me '' check the address to go to payment'' and if l change the address do not work.

Seems like your issue related to one of the apps you installed, you may want to try disable any recently installed apps to see if they may be causing the issue. In the mean time, you can try these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Check the payment settings in your Shopify admin. Make sure that the payment gateway you're using is set up and connected properly.
  • Make sure that the billing address is being entered correctly at checkout
  • Test the checkout process with a dummy order to see if the issue is occurring on all orders or just specific ones.

I have a collaboration with PPH and my store is going down from 76 to 12 and customers can not pay for the order in the store, also this company put me to instal their apps and now my store does not work properly and I pay a lot of money and Shopify help centre does not help me. PPH customer services are in the USA and I am in the UK so any answer is coming after a few days but the problem is customers try to pay for the items and I lose clients.
