HELP: Bundle App that Syncs Inventory in Real Time

Overview: I'm looking for an app that will allow me to bundle items together and sync their inventories in real time. 

Explained: 
We offer a tool pouch for sale on our site. We would like to be able to allow our customers to bundle this tool pouch with ANY four tools *of their choice* and receive the discounted bundle rate, while also keeping each respective tool's inventory synced. Essentially, they pick which four tools they'd like (out of the dozen options available), and get the tool pouch for one low price. We have tools go out of stock often, so I'd need to ensure the inventories are synced without having to constantly update the bundle. 

Are there any apps that would aid in this?

I'm not sure I understand - don't regular bundle apps offer a way to create pouches like that and I the customer buys the products their inventory is updated?

What is the difference between the app you need and bundle apps that are already available?

They do, but they won't allow me to have the customer pick and choose which items he wants to create the bundle with, if that makes sense.

So you are looking for a "Buy 4, Get a discount" app/solution?

Essentially, yes. But I'd like it to all be under one bundled "product" listing meaning the buy 4, get a discount happens all from a product's page.

Isn't there more information for you to analyse if the 4 products (with a discount) are not bundled together?

I'm just wondering what is the added value for you when your customers create their own bundles all on 1 page instead of for example adding for to the cart and gaining a discount there.

Maybe I'm not getting something - If they find 4 products they like, add all of them to a bundle, get a discount, add them to the cart and buy them - they have an extra step to make comparing to - find 4 products, add them to cart, get discount and buy
