Help me identify this app for "Group Buys" app for website

I came across this website: https://groupbuy.commonfibers.com/ and I thought would be super useful to Shopify community and my own business. I feel as though this would be an existing application on Shopify platform. Can someone help identify this app or recommend another app similar to this unfunction?
