App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
My app is actually quite complicated; it is a menu builder system with a lot of functions. And the last time, I received up to 30 points for improvement to meet the new Build for Shopify requirements.

The first time, due to a mistake, I clicked the wrong button and lost my first review opportunity. I think that accident was truly a disaster. We worked day and night to fix the issues and in the second and third reviews, they still found new problems. But now I have fixed everything.
The disaster continued when I made a mistake with the section token and was immediately suspended from Build for Shopify. We fixed it in one day and it runs perfectly.
However, the last time I clicked Request review to Shopify, they haven't responded at all. It's still in the review process status. I wonder if I have exceeded the number of Request reviews and if I am being penalized? Could I be suspended from tagging this for a long time? I don’t know if there is any contact I can reach out to claim this issue.
Please help me.
