Help with coding. Why do I have two different reviews on product page?

First, I used the review app fera.ai but then deleted it. Then, I moved to judge.me and have been using that. I imported a review to this product- but there's this strange review bar that I don't know where it's coming from. Shown in picture. How do I remove this in code?

Interesting issue you've got here! I have a few questions I'd like to ask you so I can better pinpoint what the issue:

 

  • Can you let me know what theme you're using in your store?
  • Can you provide me with a link to your store so I can see this functionality happening in real-time?

What's happening here is that you either have some remaining coding from that previously installed app, or this is a review feature that's built into your theme. I'll be able to tell if I can visit the page myself!

I visited your store and that product and didn't see the repeating reviews. I have an image for you below of what I've seen:

For me, it looks like the review issue you were experiencing is all cleared up! Did you end up changing any settings on your end since making your post?

 

I also took some time to explore your site and it's looking great! I have a resource here that talks about building brand trust with your customers! With Valentine's Day coming up, it's definitely something I recommend you look into!

Thanks so much! That means a lot to hear. I've been furiously working on my website and missing out on schoolwork because of it lol. I wasn't sure if it looked good and really hope to get sales soon!

I did actually fix it by looking up the coding for the dawn reviews that came with the theme and deleting it. it was

So it finally deleted.
