Help with hiding prices for an upcoming Sale

Hello. I have a website currently password protected, hoping to open it tonight. I've added 250 products and told my customers the site will open tonight for previewing the items. The goal is to hide the prices of the items and turn off the check out process until Wednesday night at 7pm, when the sale goes live. What is the best app to hide prices so no one can check out until my sale goes live?

I was using the "Coming Soon Products" app but there are too many glitches and i can still see prices and check out options even though the app shows they should be hidden.
