How can I apply multiple discounts automatically on my website?

HI All,

I am wanting to have a flatrate 10% Off sitewide 
plus have the ability to discount certain collections more i.e 20%, 25% etc

I dont want to have to use discount codes. 
Ideally it would be an automatic discount in the shopping cart

Can anyone recommend a best suited application

You can set up a bundle to buy n items in the collection, get a 20% discount. Our app, BYOB, is offering a bundle discount with variants. So you can stack an auto discount or discount code on top of the bundle discount. 

There are more than 10,000 orders generated from our stores and about 50 - 60% of them are stacking discounts
