Hi! We use Return Magic to manage returns and issue labels to customers. It integrates well so far, and we offer refunds or store credit. Customers aren't incentivized to use store credit, but some do. We are testing out Rise.io to use as a loyalty/reward and gift card program, but the only problem is that the store credit issued through Return Magic creates gift cards in Shopify and not through the Rise platform, which is required for gift card/store credit to show up in customer accounts.
Any suggestions for workarounds or ways to better integrate store credit with customer reward/loyalty/store credit programs? Thanks!
