Help with stolen merchandise that was delivered by USPS on February 16 at 3:17 PM

USPS delivered my package February 16 at 3:12 it was left on my porch, however, it was stolen shortly after. So I have no merchandise. USPS also has a Geo tracking located and it does show that it was delivered but when the manager pulled up my information on the computer after it was delivered, it was assumed stolen. I’ve even checked with several of my neighbors to no avail.  He advised me to see if there is something that could be done about this. Please advise.

As Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell online, we are unable to manage day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. With that being said, you can connect with the shop that you've purchased from for further assistance with your order. They will be able to complete a Claim with USPS on your behalf, to report that your package was stolen.
