Hide addresses on the Checkout and Customer Account screen

I'm looking for a way to fill in the shipping addresses on the checkout screen and hide them, hide such information in the emails and in the Customer Account section. The addresses come from an API. Being able to fill them in is solved.

I've looked at the documentation, and I understand that this would not be possible.

The available customizations are to add content before or after specific parts, or as Blocks anywhere (Checkout and Customer Account).

Then I understand that there are Shopify functions to perform validations on the backend side or also for example show or hide the different delivery options.

Both possibilities would not be very useful.

Also an option I had in mind is to modify such addresses when certain webhooks are executed. However, I don't know if this is so viable.

I would like to know if anyone knows anything more about it.
