Hide Product Reviews for new products without reviews

Hi,

any help is appreciated to guide me on how to disable Product Reviews app for specific products only without affecting other products in my store. This is because I am using two reviews apps: one is Product Reviews and one is Loox. I need to disable Product Reviews and keep Loox working on a specific product page.
