App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hey all, I'm looking for a HIPAA compliant calendar scheduler with an upload feature, it'll be used for a website that handles patient coaching in the fertility space. We've tried Acuity but not 100% satisfied. Are there any out there you've used? Thanks!
For a HIPAA-compliant calendar scheduler with file upload in fertility/healthcare, consider:
1. Healthie (built for healthcare, offers HIPAA-compliant scheduling, client portals, and secure document uploads).
2. SimplePractice (supports HIPAA, includes telehealth, scheduling, and secure file storage).
3. Calendly Enterprise (with a signed BAA + integration to HIPAA-compliant cloud storage like Box/Dropbox Health).
4. CharmHealth (tailored for medical use, includes scheduling, EHR, and HIPAA-compliant file sharing).
All require signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). For stricter compliance, avoid tools like Calendly’s standard plans or Acuity unless fully configured for HIPAA.
Thanks so much! Will definitely check these out.
