How can a beginner developer create a Fulfillment app?

Hello, I'm an amateur developer and I'd like to get started with shopify. I would like to create a Fulfillment application (type: MassFulFill). Could you help me directly by giving me the resources that can help me achieve this task thank you in advance. All of the ressources i found, explain how for experiment developer but i have no experience in this domain.
